Frequently asked Questions
Q. What are the paintings on?
A. All paintings are on quality Belgian linen or canvas.
Q. Are the paintings framed?
A. No they are not framed. They are unstretched, unframed and come in a tube.
Q. Why aren't they framed?
A. Several reasons. Our selection of a frame may not be what the customer wants, some customers even prefer them stretched over a backing to hang without a frame. Framing would increase the freight cost and also likelihood of damage in transit. It is much easier, more economical for the customer to take the painting to their local frame shop and have it stretched and mounted or framed as they wish.
Q. What else comes with the painting?
A. Each painting is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from Corroboree Exports ( reputed Art Dealer) in addition to a photograph of the artist with the painting and details about the artist.
Q. How much will it cost for freight and insurance?
A. The cost of freight and insurance (worldwide) is covered in the price, the painting will be delivered to your door with online tracking available in most instances. Paintings usually arrive in 4 to 5 days depending on clearance.
Q. What about Customs Fees?
A. Any Customs Fees incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Q. What if I don't like the painting when I get it?
A. We would never want a customer to have a painting they did'nt like. If we are advised within 2 weeks of the painting being received that the customer does not like it and it is returned to us in original, undamaged condition we will happily refund the price of the painting. Cost of return freight and insurance is at the buyers expense.
Q. I'd like to buy 4 or 5 paintings for an office, are you able to offer a reduced price for multiple paintings.
A. Yes, contact us with your requirements and we will negotiate a price.
Q. I have some other questions?
